It's not always easy to ask for help but it can be the most rewarding step we ever take.  We are Sarvis Mental Health and we're here to help you achieve your goals. We are a small mental and behavioral health clinic that is independently owned and operated so that we can provide tailored mental health services to our clients. We specialize in psychotropic medication management and psychotherapy. We also offer a full range of psychiatric mental health services including psychiatric assessment, medication management, and individual counseling.

Manage Anxiety & Stress

The outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) may be stressful for people. Fear and anxiety about a disease can be overwhelming and cause strong emotions in adults and children.

People with preexisting mental health conditions are urged to continue with their current treatment and make their psychiatric providers aware of new or worsening symptoms.

Sarvis Mental Health provides Telepsychiatry services to assist our current clients via video-conferencing. New clients concerned about exposure to COVID-19, who may be feeling overwhelmed with emotions like sadness, depression, or anxiety, also have the Telepsychiatry option available to them for the initial appointment upon request when calling our office at (503) 217-4455.
